With over 30 years experience in swimming pool construction, Frank is the backbone to the operations at Presidential Pools. Frank has served all positions in the pool building industry from starting as a subcontractor all the way to sales – he is what makes our organization move forward daily! He also loves french bulldogs!

Post Construction Operations

A retired veteran – Dave brings years of experience in the pool industry from both the chemical side and maintenance side. Dave will be the one who will be taking care of your pool post-construction and showing you how to use and operate your pool correctly!

Project Manager

Steve is a project manager for Presidential Pools. He is one of the smiling faces that you will constantly see throughout your pool construction. Steve is extremely knowledgeable in the pool construction world and sometimes you’ll see him doing the work just to ensure your build is on time and ready to swim!

Mike Dillon

Project Manager

With years and years of both residential home construction and pool construction, Mike has it all. He runs jobs from start to finish, ensuring no details are missed and everyone is communicated with. Having Mike on the team ensures we are hitting our construction deadlines and keeping customers happy!

Rodrigo Rangel Lima

Commercial Division Manager

As the Commercial Division Manager, Rodrigo Rangel Lima oversees all commercial sales and bids and utilizes his years of experience in the commercial pool design and building space to create next-level poolscapes that align with client branding, sales and occupancy expectations, and vision.
